1 1/2" galvanized pipe. Pour 1 or more bags of mixed concrete around pipe.
3. Slip Pillar Over Pipe
4. Pour Sand in Pillar
5. Put caulk on top of pillar. Place cap on pillar.
6. Enjoy the beauty of your pillar for years to come!
